Prince Harry and Meghan Markle shared a day of happy moments and community spirit at the One805Live event hosted by actor Kevin Costner which happened this September 2023, was a delightful occasion where Prince Harry, alongside his wife Meghan Markle, found common ground with their Montecito neighbors and celebrated their togetherness.
Prince Harry and Meghan moved in to Montecito California after they stepped down from the royal duties and since then Prince Harry and Meghan have embraced their new community with open arms which was clearly seen during The One805Live event.
One805Live is an annual event that aims at raising funds for first responders bringing Montecito’s residents together in support of the brave men and women who serve their community. This year’s One805Live event became more prominent due to presence of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. Throughout that event, the royal couple was seen engaging in cheerful conversations with fellow attendees. From the video below we can clearly see them having some conversations with attendees.
Harry being know of his love for kids was even spotted chatting with a boy who was dressed in a firefighting attire. The heart of the One805Live event was its music performances from local musicians displaying various talents they got. Prince Harry and Meghan did not hesitate to join them in dancing. They really had a good time with their Montecito community.
One of the highlights of the event was Kevin Costner’s surprise performance where he showed up his musical skills and Prince Harry and Meghan were seen clapping and singing alongside Kevin Costner.
The event was full of fun and entertainment; it was also about giving back. One805Live aimed at raising funds for local first responders, who play an important role in ensuring the safety and well-being of the Montecito community. Prince Harry emphasized the importance of supporting first responders and the unity that events like One805Live fostered. He thanked the Montecito community for their warm welcome and the opportunity to contribute to such a meaningful cause. Meghan Markle made her speech thanking the Montecito community for their warm welcome and also sharing her sense of belonging that she received in that community since they moved into their home in that city. The One805Live event mostly showcased Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s support to the community work and how good they interact with people. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are well known of their work towards humanity. They both have had many charitable donations and organization campaigning for humanity and supporting the less privileged. One of the organization that Harry has always supported includes the Invictus games which is fully supporting the wounded, injured and ill-bodied around the world and gives them a chance in participating in sports. The event recently happened in Germany and also the next one will be in the year 2025 and will be happening in Canada where all Veterans will be able to compete among themselves. The royal couple have always been a motivation to many as their work is such inspiration to the world.
