Prince Harry and Meghan are expected to make an appearance in the UK for the celebrations of the 10th anniversary since the foundation off the well known Invictus Games which is founded for the veterans and the injured millitary which has always been an emotional one which was a very thoughtful of Harry.
It was packaged with the news that the British government has made a big, splashy bid to host another Invictus Games, this time in Birmingham. The first Invictus Games were held in London in 2014, and Veterans Affairs Minister Johnny Mercer is making a huge effort to bring the games back and use the games to invest more resources in British veterans. I’ve said before that while I believe Mercer’s motives are above-board, the whole “church service and Invictus bid” situation seems like a massive trap. The British government and British media are desperate for Sussex storylines and control, however fleeting, of Harry, Meghan and their children.
The royal family is definitely having a panic attack from the framing, even though I have no involvement at all. They are really painting this as though Harry and Meghan WANT to attend the anniversary service and that they should be appreciative of the chance to be ignored, defamed, harassed, abused, and singled out once more in order to “mending relations” with their harassers and abusers. Just reading this article has persuaded me that Harry wasn’t even the one who suggested the anniversary service and that Mercer and the Tories are attempting to coerce him into going. Harry has most likely only tentatively confirmed his attendance. The extent of the trap these people have dug is only known to God. Anyway, I hope Meghan stays a long, long way away from the kids. Harry as well. If he had abruptly canceled, that would be incredible.
In this story we can teel the kind of tension and anxiety in them trying to show and the desperation that they all have for the Sussexes. The funny thing about it is the fact that they royalist are trying to say that Harry and Meghan are taking that as an opportunity to make a visit to that family which is definitely not the case.
“The dates and details are being kept very hush-hush, but the Invictus Games 10th Anniversary Service has now been confirmed at St. Paul’s Cathedral on May 8,” the source said. “Both Harry and Meghan are listed as guests and a speech has been scheduled, but there is still a question mark over whether Meghan will make an appearance. Her name has been pencilled in as a TBC (to be confirmed).”
The source adds that the 10th anniversary London service is being seen as a gentle push for Harry and Meghan to start weaving their way back into Britain’s consciousness.
Prince Harry and Meghan are free to make their own decisions on whatever it involves them and in any case they miss the event especially Meghan together with their two children there is an enough reason them not to be there, especially the fact that the UK has not granted them a good security while there.
