Following Russell Brand’s sexual assault allegations, his agent has reported termination of their partnership. Brand’s talent agency Tavistock Wood cut him off from its roster in the wake of the sexual allegations which was previously reported by five women who claimed to be the rape victims. The agency has revealed that they were aware of the accusations since 2020 but Russell Brand denied the allegations and the agency fell into it. A Tavistock Wood representative today made a statement to USA that, “TW has terminated all professional ties to Russell Brand.” Also Women’s Charity foundation which helps mothers with drugs and alcohol use rehabilitation and their social work has also terminated their partnership with Russell Brand. The Charity has shared the information in their Instagram page.
Russell Brand denied the allegations in a video posted in his Instagram account saying that he is transparent and the sexual act was consensual.
Despite his recent allegations, Brand had a sold out comedy show at Wembley Park Theater on Saturday and the comedian had a total of 2000 people cheering him up.
