Prince William made a two-day trip to New York to meet the UN chief Antonio Guterres to have a discussion concerning climate change and also had a target of coming up with efforts required to improve the fight against climate change and also to protect environment. This coincides with Prince William’s trip to New York to announce the finalists of the Earthshot Prize 2023. The ” no nonsense” climate summit was hosted by Guterres on Wednesday. Prince of Wales was to meet the New York Mayor, Eric Adams but Adams cancelled the meeting 30 minutes after his schedule. William ended up seeing FDNY commissioner Laura Kavanagh at a lower Manhattan firehouse. Adams cancellation caused pain to the royal family and the so called expert media who were ready for the Prince of Wales to meet up with Adams. Representatives of Eric Adams did not comment on the reason behind Adams’ appearance being quickly scheduled and then cancelled but some sources states that Adams could not have cancel the meet up if it could Prince Harry who is William’s brother. Prince Harry is respected and everyone would want to meet him because of his recognized work. Harry is well known of his support to the Veterans in different countries and he got various humanitarian awards.
Prince William scheduling his own meetings was an effort of outshining his brother Prince Harry who had a meeting with the NYC where Harry together with other world leaders had a serious meeting discussing some serious subjects but William was not successful as he thought he would be. Prince Harry has always done his own duties without bothering what William is up to but William on the other side is motivated to run his errands whenever Harry make a success in his moves. From the Invictus games which came to an end on Saturday, where Prince Harry and Meghan Markle took part in it, we saw how the event was a success and commendable by many including the Germany President who gave a moving speech during the closing ceremony where he praised Harry for the Invictus games. Now immediately after that successful Invictus games, we see how William is trying to make public appearances and trying to schedule more events which is just a sign of competition. Why would William attend to FDNY House encouraging American Firefighters to talk about mental health while he made no comment on the successful Invictus games. William showed no support for the UK veterans but he is here talking of mental health in America which clearly describe his hypocrisy as people’s leader. Again William shows interest in making the New York rivers clean while near his residence in Norfolk the English waters especially in his wales and Cornwall are not good in quality but he has done nothing about it and also why is he doing this on cameras, William is basically seeking for international attention he is not genuine with this. From a Twitter account named Stop The Bollocks with Mirabel, the account user shared a response to William’s video being in the American waters and has never been seen in his country’s waters which is filled with shit.
Kate Middleton did not join her husband Prince William on his two-day visit to New York. Meghan and Prince Harry’s haters and the British Tabloids never commented on Kate’s absence as they did to Harry and Meghan when Prince Harry left Meghan Markle in their home in California while attending The Wellchild awards before his visit to Windsor during his grandmother’s first anniversary of death. Prince Harry proceeded to Germany where he launched the Invictus Games 2023 when Meghan Markle was still in California attending to their kids and by that time the media had released many reports and speculations of divorce rumors and saying that Harry and Meghan were living separate lives. The same way Harry went for his events without Meghan, Kate did not join William in his visit to New York but the media had no comment on William having a solo trip.
