Amanda Platell is an Australian journalist who is based in the UK. She is a columnist for one of the worst tabloid paper, the Daily Mail. And just like majority of the UK journalists, she also relies on writing vile articles about Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan to pay her rent and put food on her table. She masquerades as a journalist but all she does really, is spread misinformation and aiding in the spreading hatred against Harry and Meghan. Recently, she commented on Prince Harry’s Heart of Invictus on a twitter post as follows:
This post solicited a lot of criticism. One person in particular, a fellow veteran to Prince Harry, put Amanda in her place, he replied as follows:
Through Invictus, Prince Harry has helped a lot of veterans, it offers a recovery pathway for international wounded, injured and sick servicemen and women (WIS). It collaborates to provide opportunities for post-traumatic growth: enabling those involved to reclaim their purpose, identity and future, beyond injury. Through the heart of Invictus, some of them were able to share their stories with the world and it was very inspiring. What they’ve all been through is unimaginable and they’ve all shown their resilience and strength which is commendable. And them sharing their stories should have been an opportunity for people to learn and appreciate them, but instead, the UK media is doing the exact opposite! The likes of Amanda Platell are talking negatively about Prince Harry and his work. What a shame! Does making profits more important at the expense of the lives of the veterans? The UK media is truly a representation of what’s wrong with the society.
Seeing other veterans acknowledge the work that Prince Harry is doing and defending him from the bigoted UK media is very satisfying. This is not the first time Amanda is slammed for her BS about Harry. During the court case against Mirror Group Network earlier this year, she also tweeted this and got a no-comeback reply from Harry’s uncle, Charles Spencer.

She is very bitter woman and so full of jealousy. And still, despite all this shaming and slamming, she still continues with her disturbing behavior. SHAME!
